Shipment Notice From September 27th and October 6th:
As the Chinese National Day holiday is coming, the shipment of packages from HOVERAir's China warehouse will be postponed from September 27th and October 6th. During this period, orders shipped from HOVERAir's China warehouse will be postponed. Starting from October 7th, we will resume our normal shipping process, and the orders that were delayed during this period will be arranged for dispatch starting from October 7th.
For orders from the USA: The package will be shipped as usual.(Saturday and Sunday excluded)
For orders from other countries/regions: The shipment will be arranged as the top priority after October 7th.
If you have placed an order and cannot accept the shipment delay, please contact support@thehover.com. We will resume normal shipping time on October 7th.
In order to ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive it within our published timeframes, please ensure that the address you entered is correct and includes all relevant and/or required information. Using the correct abbreviation, street number, building or apartment number, and routing information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments if the address information provided at the time of purchase is incorrect or entered incorrectly.

Attention: 1. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 2. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you reject any shipment from www.thehover.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost as well as the cost of returning the package to us. |
Order cancellation
If you contact us promptly after making a purchase, we can cancel your order. If your payment has been processed but the package has not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order before the item is dispatched. We will provide a full refund of your money.
Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Delivery claim
If you encounter a situation where the delivery is not made or if your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in communicating with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that the claim process may take up to 60 days to be completed (depending on the carrier used).
